The viral CCTV footage captures Singh crossing a traffic intersection in the Palam area of New Delhi, carrying a backpack on his shoulders.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Southwest) Rohit Meena stated that actor Gurucharan Singh was reported missing on the evening of April 22. Meena mentioned ongoing efforts in obtaining footage and vital clues through technical investigation. According to CCTV footage, Singh was last spotted near the airport carrying a backpack.
Additionally, authorities are scrutinizing CCTV footage near Singh’s residence to trace his route from home to the Delhi airport. PTI, citing police sources, reported that a special cell team, comprising two officers, visited Singh’s residence on Saturday to gather more information about his movements and activities after leaving home.
Suresh Shyamlal Gupta, President of the All Indian Cine Workers Association, urged Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to accelerate efforts in resolving the case of missing actor Gurucharan Singh, as reported by ANI.
Gupta stated, “Actor Gurucharan Singh, renowned for his portrayal of Roshan Singh Sodhi in the popular TV series ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,’ has been missing since April 22, 2024, from Delhi Airport. His father has filed a missing persons report at Palam Police Station in Delhi. The entire Bollywood and Indian Film Industry extend their support to Gurucharan Singh’s family throughout this ordeal.”
