MrBeast Surpasses T-Series to Become YouTube’s Most-Subscribed Channel (266M+)

Jimmy Donaldson, widely known as MrBeast, has officially claimed the top spot on YouTube, surpassing the long-standing subscriber leader, Indian record label T-Series. Celebrating this milestone, the popular YouTuber humorously announced on social media that he had finally “avenged PewDiePie.”

T-Series has held the subscriber crown since 2019, when it overtook PewDiePie. At the beginning of 2023, MrBeast, then with 127 million subscribers, pledged to close the significant gap between his channel and T-Series, which had 233 million subscribers at the time. In an impressive turnaround, Jimmy has now amassed 266 million subscribers, overtaking T-Series as of June 1, 2024.
