The leading Indian stock markets, NSE and BSE, will remain closed on Monday, June 17, in observance of Bakri Id, according to the holiday calendar available on the BSE website. This closure will apply to the equity segment, equity derivative segment, and the SLB segment.
Trading activities on both exchanges will resume on Tuesday, June 18, starting with a fifteen-minute pre-opening session at 9:00 AM, followed by normal trading at 9:15 AM, as stated on the BSE and NSE websites.
Regarding the Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX), it will be closed for the morning session on June 17 but will resume trading in the evening session from 5:00 PM to 11:30/11:55 PM.
