NBFC Jana Small Finance Bank opens for public subscription on Feb 7th, Wednesday. The issue will be open till Feb 9th and aims to raise Rs 570 crore income in total.
Jana Small Finance Bank IPO Details
The IPO of the bank has been fixed at Rs 393 to Rs 414 per equity share and the bank will list its share in BSE and NSE. The initial offer is a combination of a fresh issue worth Rs 462 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) worth Rs 108 crore.
According to the bank, the net proceeds for the fresh issue will be used to increase the bank’s Tier-1 capital base and expenses relating to the offer.
Jana Small Finance Bank IPO lot size is 36 shares and the minimum investment amount required by retail investors is Rs 14,904.
Announcements by the Bank
Jana Small Finance Bank IPO allotment date is declared as Feb 12th and the bank will start refunds and credit the share to the investor’s demat account on Feb 13th. On Feb 14th, the Equity shares of the bank will be listed on both BSE and NSE.
On Feb 6th, the bank raised Rs 166.95 crore from 17 anchor investors and allowed 40,32,588 equity shares to them at a copper price band of Rs 414 per equity share with a face value of Rs 10 per share.

SBI Life Insurance Company and East Bridge Capital Master Fund are the biggest anchor investors.
Citigroup Global, Turnaround Opportunity Fund, Tata AIA Life Insurance Company, HDFC Life Insurance, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, SBI General Insurance Company, 360 One Mutual Fund, and Kotak Iconic Fund are other anchor investors of the company.
Axis Capital, SBI Capital Markets, and ICICI securities are book-running lead managers, while Kfin Technologies is the registrar of the bank IPO.
