Triptii Dimri talks about her parents reaction:-
“My parents were a little taken aback,” she said. “We have never seen anything like this in movies, and you have accomplished it,” they said. They needed some time to recover from that scene. But they were really kind to me. “You shouldn’t have done that, but it’s okay,” they said. Naturally, as parents, we will experience this.
“I assured them that I’m doing nothing wrong. It’s my job, and I don’t see any issues with it as long as I’m at ease and safe. Being an actor requires me to be completely honest with the role I play, and I did just that,” she continued.
“Fortunately, they kept asking me if I was okay, whether I was doing the rape scene in Bulbull (her 2020 Netflix film) or this one. Additionally, they made sure that the cast, director, and DOP numbered no more than five individuals during the scene.
All of the monitors were turned off, no one else was permitted on the set, and they said, “This is the scene we are doing. If, at any point, you feel uncomfortable, let us know. We’ll go at your pace,” said Triptii.
“Ranbir Kapoor would ask me, ‘Are you okay? Are you comfortable?’ every five minutes. These are important things, in my opinion. She said, “People are sensitive to these things.”
