Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani’s youngest son Anant Ambani and his fiance Radhika Merchant recently had a pre-wedding event of three days in Jamnagar, Gujarat. According to reports, Rs 1260 crores were spent by Ambanis in the pre-wedding festivities from March 1-3.

The entire Ambani family was also present at the pre-wedding including Isha Ambani, Akash Ambani, Shloka Mehta, Kokilaben Ambani, and Anand Piramal, among others.

Microsoft founder Bill Gates, Meta head Mark Zuckerberg, Ivanka Trump, and many other international figures were present at Anant-Radhikas’ pre-wedding.

Bollywood’s three Khans, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Amir Khan performed in the pre-wedding. Other celebrities including Sachin Tendulkar, Sundar Pichai, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Saif Ali Khans’ family, and others were also present.

International pop icon Rihanna performed in the pre-wedding and was paid approximately Rs 66- 75 crore for 16 songs segment, which was her first full show after eight years.
Jeff Leatham, known for his work with reality TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian, handled flower arrangements at the event.
Mukesh Ambani also arranged private jets and luxury cars like Rolls-Royce for his guests. The catering contract alone for the event was about Rs 200 crore.
Abani’s family was seen dressed in International and Domestic fashion labels like Manish Malhotra, Raghavendra Rathore, Tarun Tahiliani, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and more. Anita Ambani was also seen wearing a necklace worth Rs 500 crore.

Crores were spent for such a lavish event by one family in a country like India, where 81 crore people depend on free ration, and slums are covered with green sheets to hide poverty during the G20 summit. A country ranked 111 on the global hunger index, with unemployment, poor health, education infrastructure, and unskilled graduates.
