According to reports, a man tried to break into pop star Taylor Swift‘s New York City home by hanging around. Although specifics are still being worked out, police reports state that the suspect was spotted hanging around the house for a few weeks prior to making an attempt to enter. Fortunately, Swift wasn’t home when the incident happened.
He was allegedly trying to break into Taylor Swift’s Tribeca apartment when the New York Police Department arrested him.
Man was arrested after attempting to enter in Taylor Swift’s home :
As reported by Page Six, an agent for the New York Police Department stated that officers were notified of a “disorderly person” on Franklin Street. After observing the man for some time, the police were informed of the situation by the man’s neighbours and bystanders.
The public information officer stated that “[police] were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location upon arrival.”
Taylor Swift’s stalker David:
One source has confirmed that they saw David—not the document name—trying to enter Swift’s home. Another source also confirmed that they saw the suspect in action. The man has been seen hanging around the neighbourhood for a few weeks, the source and neighbours told the police. “Sleeping on the stoop, chain-smoking continuously, shouting, and generally causing discomfort to everyone,” was what they reported to the police about the individual.
A witness stated, “I first noticed him at 1:00 p.m. He approached Taylor’s door,” the person said. “I’m not sure if he rang or knocked.” “My husband asked what he was doing here when he arrived before Christmas and he said, ‘I want to see Taylor,'” according to another eyewitness, who added that he “had flowers at one point.”
Taylor was spotted this Thursday, earlier this week, recording music at the Electric Lady studio in Manhattan, so it’s possible that she was in the town when the stalker showed up. The man was arrested and taken into custody; he currently has an active warrant against him. Images of an arrested brunette with disheveled hair were displayed. He was wearing an off-white hoodie, tan pants, and a navy jacket.
