A person suffering from this storm should start practising meditation and other mindfulness techniques as it will help him/her to become more self-aware, patient and emotionally stronger.
Challenging negative thoughts
You can see a person suffering from mood swings often gets into severe overthinking and getting affected by negative thoughts. When they learn to challenge such thoughts, it can help them to see the positive aspects of things and deal with depression in a much better way.
