This film has set a benchmark in the career of Prabhas as he received immense response from his fans and critics.
Salaar Review
Salaar has got all love and appreciation on the day of its release and still counting. Hindustan Times review of the film says, “Salaar’s intriguing storyline is enhanced by extremely layered and talented characters who deliver such nuanced and brilliant performances. Prabhas, after a string of flops with Saaho, Radhe Shyam and Adipurush, finally has made a solid comeback.
The movie not only gives him ample scope to prove his mark in the Hindi film industry as the hero with swag and acting skills but also, his character takes the story forward in a brilliant manner as he is shouldering the film on his shoulder for the most part. Prabhas is shown as gritty, and strong, who barely smiles and with those bulging muscles and eyes, he is a treat to the eyes to watch. Prithviraj, in a parallel lead, complements Prabhas so well. He is a perfect blend of gentle and deadly as required. Their scenes together are the film’s highlight.”
